As they continue to grow, they are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
• Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Mentor and develop a team of accountants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
• Lead, manage & grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the firm’s client base

Qualifications and Experience

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification experience
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an accounting firm
• Strong technical expertise in accounting & tax
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in business development and practice management
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
