The Role: We are currently seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join mainstream schools in Worcestershire. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, making this role ideal for those who have completed Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of classroom activities.
• Support individual students or small groups with their learning and development.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Work with students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.
• Participate in school activities and collaborate with the school community.

Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years.
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards helping students.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
