The role would involve working as a general Classroom Assistant, as well as supporting with pupils on a One:One basis, and they are ideally looking for someone who has ALN experience.

The ideal Teaching Assistant will have the following:

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting Additional Learning Needs (ALN) students. 
• A Level 3 or above NVQ or CACHE Qualification (prefered but not essential).
• ELSA or Thrive Experience (prefered but not essential).
• A caring and empathetic nature.
