We are on the look out for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your duties will include:
Key Responsibilities:
● Utilize job boards and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates
● Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends, job opportunities, and company intel
● Perform candidate and company mapping using LinkedIn and other tools
● Ensure seamless functioning and maintenance of recruitment systems and databases
● Verify data accuracy, organize records, and uphold data integrity standards.
● Engage with candidates to generate interest in available roles
Who Are You?
● A strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills
● Innovative, curious, and highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
● Willing to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn
● Ideally someone who has customer service/customer-facing experience (office experience would be a plus)
A Driving License with access to own car is essential
£22,000-£25,000 offered
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
