Are you looking for a change in career? Do you want to go home at the end of your shift knowing you helped make your local hospice a great place to be cared for? We are currently seeking a new Housekeeping Manager to run our Housekeeping Department.
The post holder will report to the Housekeeping & Maintenance Manager and will ensure that the hospice provides and maintains first-class domestic services, including a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the hospice.
You will provide leadership, support and guidance to the Housekeeping team, ensuring required tasks are undertaken and records kept. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, proven supervisory/leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach will be essential.
