Salary: £32,240 per annum

We are a highly respected Property Care renovation company, based in Oldham, Manchester, known for our work on both modern and historical properties. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Damp Proofing Technician with experience in damp proofing, building preservation, plastering, and joinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stripping plaster and installing various damp and waterproofing systems.
• Implementing waterproofing systems.
• Removing and installing timber, solid floors, and skirting boards.
• Conducting dry lining and wet plastering works.
• Installing ventilation and structural stabilisation systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in plastering (City & Guilds or equivalent preferred).
• Full UK Driving License.
• Excellent attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a practical, hands-on role.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Good physical fitness and manual dexterity.
• Punctuality, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.
