Our public sector client is seeking a Courier/driver. This is a temporary position starting 26th June until 7th August 2024.
Main Purpose of the Role:
Collection and delivery of samples to the organisation and their partners.

Main Purpose of the Role:
Collection and delivery of samples to the organisation and their partners.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collection of water and food samples
- Delivering supplies of empty sample containers
- Daily vehicle inspections and reporting of vehicle faults
- Assist in cleaning of the laboratory as required eg sweeping floors, cleaning benches and glassware
- Full clean driving licence
- Able to lift sample boxes weighing up to approximately 10kg on a regular basis
- Good communication skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Ideally experience of working in a laboratory environment
- Experience of working in a fully documented and/or accredited quality system
- Able to work weekends if required
