As production operative in Post Chill you’ll be involved in the production and packaging of raw food products. So you’ll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.

Duties include :

· Weigh and label products in steel bins ensuring that are sealed and covered

· Maintain safe operation of pallet trucks

· Transport products to dispatch as required

· Manual handling which can include lifting equipment and products up to 20kg

What you need to be successful:

· Good level of numeracy & communication

· Effective organisation & time management

· Basic Manual Handling & Food Hygiene desirable

Hours of Work: Rotational shift pattern

Week 1 – 07:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday

Week 2 – 15:45 to 00:45 Sunday and 16:30 to 01:30 Monday to Thursday

Pay rate: £12.42ph

Shift Premium: £0.70p per hour
