Talent Solutions are keen to speak with experienced Senior Process Engineers/Engineers/Principal Engineers to join a global business in the Nuclear sector. Their focus is on providing a range of critical nuclear solutions across the markets of Defence, civil decommissioning & clean energy, both in the UK & Internationally.

As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for mentoring & coaching team members whilst building strong working relationships with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

What will you be doing?

• Leading & managing engineering projects to ensure timely project delivery
• Supervising & mentoring engineers & technical specialists
• Building & maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders & customers
• Produce, review & approve technical documents & reports
• Foster a culture of safety, best practice & continuous improvement
• Supporting business development & tender processes

What are we looking for?

• Engineering degree in a relevant discipline
• Chartered Engineer status
• Experience of managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
