Approach Personnel are partnering with our long standing client to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Cost Estimator. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Cost Estimator, you will be an integral part of the pre-construction team.

Duties

-            Working collaboratively as part of a team of costing and pre-construction professionals

-            Completing allocated Quantity Surveying and Project Managing tasks to a high standard

-            Working on Design and Build projects, assisting with Employer’s Agent Services, following the quality management system

-            Actively working toward professional development through CPD sessions and talking on tasks and responsibilities

About You

-            Proof of acceptance onto a Quantity Surveyor or Construction Cost Management RICS accredited degree on a part-time basis

-            Proficiency in IT, with a high standard of Maths and English

-            An ambition and drive to learn more and progress within the construction industry

-            Strong organisational and time management skills to manage both workload and studies
