We are currently recruiting on behalf of a privately owned developer that specialises in the delivery of good quality, new build housing throughout the Midlands.
Due to continued growth they are currently seeking a Senior Site Manager to deliver a site in Coventry consisting of 150 x traditional build houses. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience working as a Site Manager for a volume house builder and must be based within an hour of Coventry. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be willing to pay up to £70k + package.
