Air Conditioning Engineer
£45,000 + OT available
Covering London within the M25

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our clients team and cover sites across London in the M25.. As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of air conditioning systems found within commercial buildings.

Our client is a well established building services provider who are looking for a number of engineers to join them due to their growth. They really appreciate every member of the team that works for them meaning you will not be just a number, you will be a pivotal part of their team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Perform F Gas checks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Work independently and efficiently as a mobile AC engineer.
• Basic building services PPM’s (Minor Fabric, Electrical and Plumbing, about 10% off the time)

Requirements:

• F Gas qualification is essential.
• Proven prior experience as a mobile AC engineer.
• Knowledge of various AC systems and their components.
• Working knowledge of general building maintenance/services/
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
