First People Solutions is working on behalf of a top-tier Mechanical and Electrical company to find an experienced Mechanical Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and manage exciting projects within the M&E and construction sector

Location: Edinburgh

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage mechanical and electrical projects from inception to completion on construction and fit out developments
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to quality standards
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and status updates

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and building services engineering
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
