Job Title: Management Accountant - 2 days on site 3 days remote,  Location:

South East England, Hampshire, Basingstoke

Job Type:

Permanent, Full-Time

Salary:

£60000 - £65000 Per annum

Job Duties:

• Preparing financial statements and reports
• Analysing financial data and variances
• Developing budgets and forecasts
• Monitoring financial performance
• Assisting in the preparation of management accounts
• Providing financial analysis and recommendations
• Supporting decision-making processes
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience in financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of financial software and systems
• Understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
