A forward-thinking Quantity Surveying construction consultancy are looking to add a driven Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Kent, near Swanley.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a small sized Quantity Surveying practice who are looking to grow their team, as they have a strong pipeline of work for the next year.

As a company they have worked in many sectors including Residential, Hotels, Retail, Health, Commercial and Leisure, projects ranging in value from £1m to £50m and most of their projects are based in London. The Quantity Surveyor would be responsible for overseeing primarily Residential and Mixed-use schemes ranging from £1m to £20m.

The Quantity Surveyor will be taking over ½ of the company’s projects and will be running them alone form concept to completion with the support from an MRICS Partner.

This is a great opportunity for a hungry Quantity Surveyor to help grow a thriving business and develop and progress within the company.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • MRICS or currently working towards
  • Experience within a private practice / consultancy
  • Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
  • Experience running projects
