RT Consulting are currently recruiting for multiple Technical Instructors to join their client Resource Group on site in Kemble. Resource Group has been serving the recruitment and training needs of the Aviation and Aerospace sector for more than 40 years and have over 20 years experience delivering approved EASA and UK CAA aviation maintenance training. Technical Instructors will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training, developing courses, and performing other tasks as a subject matter expert as needed.
Technical Instructors will have experience in the following:
- Aircrafts and aircraft maintenance
- Part 66 licences or training modules
- Delivery of both theoretical and practical training products, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPI) and targets for customer satisfaction.
- Update, maintain, and edit RTS training materials, including approved course notes, PowerPoint presentations, and other data, ensuring compliance with internal RTS processes.
- EASA Approved Examiner and Invigilator duties as required
- Develop and innovate training products and materials to ensure RTS remains a leader in industry training.
- Update and maintenance of exam databases
