Estimator / Surveyor | Building Fabric Works | Commercial Environments | Based in Sutton with travel to projects/sites | £45K - £55K (experience dependant) + Company Car / Car Allowance.

Are you experienced within building fabric project works within commercial environments? Would a role based in Sutton, with flexibility to travel to projects / sites as and when needed suit you?

Overview / Package:

• Job Title: Estimator / Surveyor
• Location: Sutton, Greater London
• Basic Salary: Negotiable, circa £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
• Company Car / Car Allowance
• Team: Building Fabric division
• Environments: Light Commercial, ie: Pubs, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Supermarkets, Retail Stores etc (predominitely pubs and restaurants).
• Status: Permanent, PAYE position
• Works may include small works ie: refurbishments, re-tiling, re-decorating, bathroom / kitchen fits, through to emergency works: ie: floods, installing new roofs, ceiling replacements, exterior damage to building etc.

Requirements:

• Able to price works independantly.
• Trade qualification to City and Guilds Level 2 standard is preferable within one of the following trades, however we are also happy to accept applications from "time served" professionals.
• Must be able to legally work and drive in the UK.
• Experience in commercial environments if preferable, if you have worked in retail stores, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops etc then again that is a large advantage but not essential.
• Must be comfortable managing multiple smaller projects at any one time.
