An exciting opportunity has arisen for Supplier Quality Engineer to join a first tier automotive supplier in Banbury  

If you’re an up and coming Quality Engineer looking to move into a designated SQA role then this is a perfect opportunity for you. 

The role of the SQA Engineer is to manage the performance and quality of supplied parts.

Further responsibilities will include:

*Management and development of Supplier relationships

*Manage the introduction of new parts from suppliers

*Management of the APQP process for all new parts

*Managing Supplier PPAP’s on New Product Introduction (NPI).

*Developing under-performing suppliers to reach their targets and maintain a consistent quality level into the business

*Manage the containment of faulty parts and problem solve the issue (8D Problem Solving)

*Close quality problems by managing the process & product specific audits

*Update Good Incoming Inspection plan and measurement instructions

Ideally, candidates will have worked in automotive manufacturing and have exposure with 8Ds, APQP and PPAP. If you believe you have the required skills and experience then please apply now!
