Salary: £11.44 & £12.00 Weekends

Shift Patterns: 

Week 1: Monday 7am - 9.30am, Wednesday 7am - 14.30pm, Friday 7am - 8am, Saturday 7am - 14.30pm & 14.30pm - 22pm

Week 2: Monday 7am - 9.30am & 14.30pm - 22pm, Wednesday 7am - 15pm, Friday 7am - 8am & 14.30pm - 22pm, Saturday 14.30pm 

You will be required to have a Full UK driving licence and able to drive our client's manual car.

This post is only open to female staff only as it involves personal care; Occupational Requirement (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9 Part I).

We are a Supported Living provider looking after a client who lives in their own home with their sibling. Our client is non-verbal, autistic, has severe learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour.

This is a lovely role where reassurance, continuity and consistency are vital to their daily routine, where you will be able to make a real difference. Your role as Support Worker will involve one-to-one support for personal care, preparing food, drinks and medication.

You will need a full UK Driving Licence, be able to drive our client’s manual car to support our client to attend day centres that they visit several times a week, access the community and go for long drives.

If you are an experienced Support Worker who is committed, caring and enthusiastic then this role is made for you.

Support Worker Requirements

To apply for this role, you will need to have at least 1 year’s care experience based in the UK in the care sector, supporting individual(s) with Autism, severe learning disabilities, complex needs, challenging behaviour and experience with Non-verbal clients.

PMVA trained staff essential. 

A Full UK driving license is essential for this role.
