Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team for our client who are looking to take on a cscs Labourer on a long term to permanent basis. As a CSCS Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks on-site. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team.

You will be involved in unloading and loading up of specialist construction saftey platforms. You will be trained in the erection and dismantling of the equipment.

Normal working week - Monday to Friday ( There may be Saturdays on occasion)

Current Pay - 11.44 per hour with overtime paid after 8.5 hours per shift.

1 hour lunch unpaid but can work half an hour of lunch and be paid for this. Overtime is paid at time and half for anything around your normal 8.5 hours per shift.

There are Bonuses paid for performance on meterage and attendance once you complete 12 weeks of work .

Permanent position with The company may be offered at post 12 weeks of consecutive work.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites before work begins
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the worksite
- Help with the installation of scaffolding, barriers, and temporary structures
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Follow all health and safety regulations on-site
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Experience:

A valid site operatives CSCS card
- Previous experience as a CSCS Labourer or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques and tools is a plus
-Experience of working with scaffolding is and advantage but not essential
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

- A driving licence is preferred but not essential
