Your future employer is offering an excellent opportunity to join their growing team in the coffee and vending industry as a Field Service Engineer. The package includes a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £33,000, along with benefits such as flexible working hours, and door-to-door rates of pay. This is with a rapidly growing business that are looking to add extra support to their field team, to ensure they can keep growing and developing the business.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has previous engineering experience on vending machines (required), across a range of equipment, including: Crane, Coffetek, etc.

Duties and responsibilities of the vending machine engineer:

  • Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across the company portfolio of coffee and vending machines
  • Carry out fault finding for reactive repairs, using a multimeter and identifying issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication with customers
  • Complete all necessary job sheets and liaising closely with the service desk
  • Maintaining van stock and general vehicle maintenance as required

Required experience of the Vending Machine Field Service Engineer:

  • Minimum 1 years engineering experience on vending machines
  • Proficient fault-finding skills, including the use of a multi-meter.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A full, clean UK driver's license

Due to the nature of the position, only candidates with previous vending machine engineering experience will be considered at this time.
