We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our clients dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence, leading projects, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, innovative problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Many of our clients assets are reaching end of life status and require substantial remedial refurbishment, from roads and highways to footbridges, paving, waterproofing gantries to structural repairs.

• Project Leadership:

  • Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Provide expert guidance on engineering best practices.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions.
  • Perform technical assessments and reviews.

• Mentorship:

  • Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Conduct technical training sessions and workshops.

• Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Work closely with the product management team to align engineering efforts with business goals.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management.

• Innovation and Improvement:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.

• Quality Assurance:

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in an engineering role.
  • Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects.
  • Experience in a senior or leadership position is highly desirable.
