TSA Surveying are hiring a Professional Fire Surveyor for an employee owned building consultancy, based out of Bristol. With 1000 employees across the UK, servicing a good mix of private and public sector clients, ranging from large NHS trusts to leading UK supermarkets, they offer a full suite of property services, including M+E and fabric, resulting in a healthy pipeline of work going into 2024. The fire team offer numerous services within the industry, including Fire Engineering, Fire Risk Assessments and Passive Fire, covering all bases within fire safety.
As a Fire Surveyor, your roles will include carrying out Fire Risk Assessments (Type 1-4), passive fire surveys such as compartmentation and fire doors, and to offer fire safety advice to clients concisely. Our client are looking for someone with a practical background and good experience in confidently delivering passive fire surveys and FRAs commercial, educational and industrial premises. With this in mind, our client are always keen to move hard working members of staff up the ladder. An ideal candidate will have experience in type 1-4 fire risk assessments, compartmentation surveys and good knowledge on fire door surveying. Along side this, our client are looking for the following qualifications:
- IFSM Membership
- IFE Membership
- FDIS diploma
- Level 4+ diploma
- 3+ years experience in Fire Risk Assessments
