Description

  • Manage and oversee supply chain operations within the FMCG industry.
  • Implement effective procurement strategies to ensure the timely delivery of goods.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve budget targets.
  • Identify potential supply chain risks and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with the procurement team to streamline purchasing processes.
  • Track and report key supply chain metrics to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate supply chain with business systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Profile

A successful Supply Chain Executive should have:

  • A degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and procurement strategies in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiating skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
