Test Automation Engineer |Contract
I'm working with my client to find a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer who has previous experience testing microservices in cloud technologies.
This will be a daily rate contract role for a minimum of 12 months and requires you to be on site one day per week.
Responsibilities:
- Create test cases to identify areas that require improvement in line with the test plan.
- Develop a testing strategy that will cover all stages of the developmental lifecycle.
- Identify key issues and ensure that the correct action has been taken by engineers
- Work to agreed quality standards and industry best practices with a strong drive towards CI/CD, DevOps and automation.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years software testing experience in Automation Testing specifically
- Experience of testing Microservices in Cloud technologies (ideally GCP experience)
- Strong understanding of API'S
- Proven experience in developing verification test methods and recording test results.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
