We are looking for a Property Lister/ Valuer to join their fantastic team and to grow with the company.
Responsibilities will include the following;

We are looking for a Property Lister/ Valuer to join their fantastic team and to grow with the company.
Responsibilities will include the following;
- Providing first class customer service to ensure customers receive the best price for their properties
- Successfully list a targeted number of properties, giving excellent advice to the vendors
- Keeping up to date with the market conditions and developments
- Identifying new leads and generating increased business
- Working closely with your team to ensure the listing is effective and the marketing strategy suits the property
- Assisting the General Manager in the day to day running of the office
- Helping to motivate and inspire the team, especially in the absence of the General Manager
- Competitive Salary and Bonus package, offering an OTE of £45,000
- Company car or allowance
