First Recruitment Services are looking for a Temporary Recruitment Administrator to join our temp’s division in West Sussex! This is an exciting time to join FRS, and the temporary role could become permanent for the right person.
The role will be based in our Haywards Heath office and will be Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Administrator Duties:
- Answering telephone calls and transferring to appropriate consultants.
- Scanning documents onto the system.
- Responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Sending communications to clients and candidates via email.
- Any other relevant administrative tasks.
Experience Required
- Previous experience in recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
