The 30 hours can be worked flexibly over 4 or 5 days. This is a stand-alone role, based at the Head Office in Highbridge.
You must have:
- Minimum CIPD Level 3 (working towards level 5)
- 3 years minimum in a HR role
- Leadership experience
- Able to manage conflicting priorities, calmly and pragmatically
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment (desirable)
