Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering with a proven track record in super prime residential projects. You will be responsible as a Mechanical Engineer   for designing, developing, and overseeing the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems in high-value residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement mechanical systems for super prime residential projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee the installation of mechanical systems.
  • Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on high-end residential projects as a Mechanical Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems relevant to luxury residential properties.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
