Day shift
Job Description:
Carry out Product, Process and System audits
Carry out Corrective & Preventive Actions
Internal and external non-conformance (Customer, Supplier and Production NC’s)
Product measurement, Inspection and Testing
Quality reporting and data Analysis (incl: SPC and Cap Studies)
Skills and Requirements:
Experience in 8D problem solving- CARs
Experience in using Lean Tools and Techniques
Experience in Integrated Management systems
ISO9001 experience
Non conformance reporting experience and communicating with suppliers
Desirable:
APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CONTROL PLANS, Process Flow documentation experience
Working across all levels of the business and able to communicate across all departments.
