An exciting opportunity has arisen within this leading engineering company for a Customer focussed Account Manager to to ongoing growth at its West Midlands Facility.
THE ROLE
Easily accessible from Wolverhampton, Walsall, Willenhall and the surrounding areas the position of Customer Account Manager will require you to provide engineering and manufacturing customers with a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- To ensure that customers are receiving responses in a timely and professional manner, maintaining customer satisfaction.
- To ensure that different teams are working on quotes and Contract Reviews effectively.
- To escalate issues as required to ensure customers’ needs are met.

THE PERSON
In order to succeed in the role of Customer Account Manager you will need to have experience of working within a manufacturing, engineering or production company in a customer service role or similar. This is not a direct sales role so the successful person could have been involved in internal sales, costings or quotations, account management etc. You will need to be a good communicator and influencer.
