Interim Financial Controller

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high growth, PE backed technology business based in Canterbury.
The business has been established for just over 25 years, and has grown significantly in that time.
The business are now looking to hire an Interim Financial Consultant to support them through a busy period following a Business Central system implementation (part of the D365 platform). The role will report directly to the CFO and CEO and be instrumental in driving system and process improvements.

The successful candidate will
This role will pay circa £300-£400 per day depending on experience and will sit outside IR35.
Hybrid working.

The key duties of this role will include:
- Identifying areas for system enhancements to improve efficiencies.
- Reviewing existing processes and making recommendations for improvements.
- Training and developing the team in the use of Business Central.
- Support the finance team in meeting deadlines.
- Supporting with the month end process.
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders
The successful candidate will
- Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, or QBE equivalent
- Have a sound knowledge of Business Central
- Have strong Excel skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Engage and build relationships with non-finance stakeholders in an SME environment
