Role: Site Manager

Location: Basingstoke

Salary: £50k -£60k depending on experience and bens  

Site Manager from Waste Management or Skip background must be polished and have great experience to join a growing business

The Role:

This role is all about Site Management, you will come from an Operational background and the Waste Industry, the role will be responsible for at least 30-40 staff that are a mix between machine operators, picking lines, recycling plants, supervisor and weighbridge staff.  Leadership, processed, structured and must have the ability to lead from the front. Reporting into the General Manager you will be accountable for their biggest and business facility. The site will have project work which will be redesigning the site as does have a need for re-design and you will play an important part working on this with the GM , money in place for this , may not be instantly but allocated.
