Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire an Assistant Site Manager to join one our clients on a permanent basis in Leicestershire

The company:

Our client in a national contractor who predominately work in the new build housing sector.

The role entails:

Working alongside the Site manager

Managing the teams and sub-contractors on site

Liasing with clients

Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project

Essential requirements:

3-4 years and ideally experience on social housing sites.

Driving licence and own transport.

What are we looking for?

A strong background as an or an Assistant Site Manager looking to progress into their next role

Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively

Relevant industry qualifications - SMSTS, 1st Aid, Scaffold
