Key responsibilities of this receptionist role:
- Great and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages accurately
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the firms calendar
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and data entry
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Skills required for this receptionist role:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience as a receptionist is essential
- Must be able to cover holidays as needed
