Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Location: Cardiff (Hybrid) 2 days in the office, 3 days at home

Salary: £23,625, 37.5 hours per week, 25 days holiday, plus your birthday off!

Key Role Purpose:

As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to their valued customers.  Your comprehensive knowledge of General Insurance, paired with a calm and considered approach, will make you the go-to expert for all queries from end customers, brokers, insurers, and internal departments.

Key Duties: What will you do?

• Administer all inbound requests, including calls, online messages, and postal queries.

• Process administrative queries across their product suite, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Be an expert in their in-house direct debit management process and handle finance queries.

• Engage positively with the customer service management team through quality monitoring and coaching.

Skills, Experience, Qualifications:  What makes you successful?

• Excellent data entry and productivity skills.

• Strong prioritisation, planning, and deadline delivery skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in IT, Maths, and statistics.

• Demonstrable experience in General Insurance and Call Centre environments.
