I am excited to be recruiting for a passionate and driven Architectural Technician to join an award winning multidisciplined Architectural design Practice. This leading practice has a talented team comprised of Architects, technicians, urban designers and Building Surveyors. Their exciting profolio of diverse projects span the residential, commercial and leisure sectors from small to large scale developments. The successful Architectural technician will have post qualification experience, with strong technical drawing an detailing abilities as well as being well versed in Revit and AutoCAD.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Degree or HND/HNC in architectural technology or related subject
• Post qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Thorough knowledge of Building regulations and NHBC standards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Be able to hit ground running
• Work confidently both independently and in a team
• Keen eye for detail
• Strong technical abilities
• Effective time management and organisation skills
• Capable at producing high quality detailed drawings and packages
• Comfortable liaising with clients, contractors and local authorities
• Ideally experience working in the residential sector
• Job running experience
• Proactive and positive approach to work
• Live locally to Preston
