Excellent opportunity to join an expanding manufacturer, in a technically interesting role, where you'll have the responsibility to oversee day-to-day operations of a busy workshop.

On offer is the opportunity to join a successful product manufacturer, who supply their goods to highly reputable customers, in a varied and autonomous role with industry training provided.

This well-established company are UK leaders in the design, manufacture, installation and service of fume cupboards and safety cabinets. They have already amassed a successful reputation UK wide and are seeking an ambitious individual to oversee all of their busy Production activities.

In this role you'll be overseeing their busy workshop, processing production orders right through to dispatch. This will include planning, scheduling and allocating work to Assembly/production staff.

This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee a busy shopfloor and work for a business who will invest in you, with on-the-job training in their niche product range.

THE ROLE:
*Overseeing all Production activities on the shopfloor
*Planning, scheduling and allocating works to direct reports
*Assisting with dispatching
*Industry and product training provided

THE PERSON:
*Previous experience in a Manager/Supervisory role
*Experience working with any Electro-Mechanical Assembled Product
*CRM/MRP/SAGE experience advantageous
*Based local to Weston-Super-Mare
