Business Development Executive
Taskmaster Recruitment are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive for our well established client based in Rushden.
Job duties:
- Represent the company’s services.
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with other sales advisors to ensure that company standards are being upheld.
Required skills and qualifications:
- No sales experience is necessary as this is an entry level position.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
- You must drive and have access to your own vehicle.
Hours: 9am-5pm: Monday to Friday
Pay rate: £26,000 (but will increase after the probation period).
Temp to perm position available to the right candidate – lots of opportunity for progression.
