Skilled Careers are working with a Residential Main Contractor who are looking for a Commercial Director to manage multiple High Rise projects valued up to £100m.
You would be working for a company that boasts an impressive turnover of £500m and due to excellent growth looking for a Commercial Director to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Managing multiple High Rise Residential projects across the UK which include Manchester, London and Leeds.
- You will be responsible for multiple site teams and ensuring projects are completed to a high standard.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of commercial initiatives
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide coaching and feedback
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal requirements

Requirements
- Experience within the High Rise Residential sector.
