An exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a fast growing SME based in nice, modern offices in Weston-Super-Mare! A hands-on role where you will work as part of a team, providing administration support to all of the managers.
Your new role
Admin support to key managers - dealing with any correspondence.
Raising purchase orders and matching to purchase invoices
Database management.
Providing support on Accounts Payable and Credit Control
Managing the car fleet, ensuring MOT's, car insurances etc are all in order and arranged
Managing incoming and outgoing post.
Responsible for the fuel cards and processing expenses
Meeting room management and control.
Typing any correspondence where required, file notes etc.
- Updating databases
What you'll need to succeed
Proficiency in MS Office - Excel and Outlook and Word
Proactive individual - can cope working in a busy environment
Strong administrative experience/experience in a similar role
- Somebody who takes pride in their work and is looking to stay with a company long term
