Project Controls Manager

Are you an organised Project Controls Manager with a knack for ensuring projects run smoothly, stay within budget and meet quality standards? Our client who is an independent, international company is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to join their existing team in Birmingham to oversee all aspects of project controls, including planning, quantities, scheduling and cost control. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that the projects progress as planned, adhere to budgetary constraints and meet established quality standards.
Main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Cost Control
- Reporting
- Planning & Scheduling
- Leadership
- Stakeholder Coordination
About you:
- Excellent understanding of cost control, budgeting and reporting
- Experience leading a team
- Strong working knowledge of project management software including Primavera P6 & MS Project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience across one or more of the following sectors, rail, aviation, civil engineering, nuclear, defence, utilities
