£24,000 - £26,500 + 20% Shift Allowance (OTE £31.5K) + Overtime (x1.5) + 25 days Holiday + Training + up to 10% Pension + Early Finish Friday

Excellent opportunity for a hands on candidate to join an international company which is continuing to expand and move into new markets where you will be able to train in a specialised industry.

The company are global business, spanning 3 continents, specialising in engineering solutions for a number of lucrative industries. Having been around for almost a century, this company have continued to grow and expand into new markets and are looking for an engineer to help with their expansion and join their close-knit team in Stroud by offering a generous package as well the opportunity for the right candidate to develop themselves within the business.

The core responsibilities of this role will be to work alongside the team leader and managers on various machines to blast, spray and mask various metal products to meet customer and client specifications using specialist techniques. Full training will be provided on their specific machinery as well as the industry.

The right candidate will have hands on experience with engineering machinery and be able to read engineering drawings.

The role:
*Preparation of work stations and surfaces
*Masking, spraying and blasting of metals and alloys
*Adhering to customer and specification
*Reporting to the Team Leader and Managers

The person:
*Hands on machine operating experience
*Able to read engineering drawings
*General engineering practice knowledge
