Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC turning machines (FANUC) to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and tool changes to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain production efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimise machining processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner, with proficiency in programming and operating CNC turning machines.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling selection, and cutting parameters.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing environment.
