About the role of a Maintenance Engineer

The primary focus of this role will be to conduct planned preventative, Multi-disciplined maintenance and reactive works to the buildings plant, equipment, and systems, a working knowledge and a understanding of the functionality of AHU's, Generators, UPS, A/C, Building Management System will be required as well as respond to site engineering emergencies on behalf of our clients.
Some responsibilities as a Maintenance Engineer include
- Record all reactive and PPM tasks accurately
- Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks conducted to provide safe working practices.
- Supervise subcontractors effectively.
Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer
- 18th Edition
- Recognised qualifications in relevant fields

- Base Salary up to £38,000 (DOE)
