Freelance Site Manager - Slough
PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a freelance Site Manager on a re-roofing project in Slough.
The organisation is a main building contractor who has an excellent reputation in the construction industry for delivering quality schemes ranging from £500k to £20M in value.
Job role: Freelance Site Manager
Rate: £280 - £300/day (DOE)
Duration: 6-8 weeks
Location: Slough, Berkshire
Site Manager responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify and address any potential issues or risks
- Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise
- Overseeing re-roofing works
Site Manager Knowledge and skills:
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card
- Previous experience overseeing re-roofing works
- Excellent customer care skills
- Strong communication skills
