Are you a Mechanical contractor looking for an exciting opportunity or looking to get into contracting with a riveting new project?
An urgent requirement for a Mechanical Design Engineer has come up for a Cambridge based Consultancy.
You will be working across various teams within both the healthcare and biotech sectors, from building scalable cell therapy manufacturing solutions, to robotics automation. Their technology integrates production equipment selected by various companies to create manufacturing capacity at any scale.
This role will be fully onsite in Cambridgeshire and will be 6 months (with a chance of extension due to a high volume of work).
The main requirements of the role are:
* Hands on experience in complex precision devices in the 10's-microns to 10's-mm length-scale
* Deep experience in material and manufacturing method selection
* Translate devices from 'works' to 'works all the time'
* Use of SolidWorks
