2x groundworkers/machine operators

Our client, a respected firm in the water sector, is seeking 2x Groundworkers/Machine Operators on a contract basis. This role involves working on an insitu concrete tunnel launch structure and 55 metres of 450mm ID augerboring. The selected individuals must be comfortable getting in and out of the cab as part of their regular duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery required for tunnel launch and augerboring tasks
- Performing groundworks in line with project specifications
- Ensuring safe operation of all machines and tools
- Maintaining the condition and safety of the work site
- Assisting with the installation and maintenance of water systems
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines and procedures
- Coordinating with team members and site supervisors for optimal project delivery
Job Requirements:
- Experience in performing groundworks, particularly in the water sector
- CPCS Machine Tickets
- CSCS Green Labourer's Card/Skilled Operator
- Proficiency in operating heavy machinery relevant to water infrastructure projects
- Understanding of insitu concrete tunnel structures and augerboring techniques
- Strong commitment to health and safety practices
- Flexibility and willingness to get in and out of the cab as required
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
