A service organisation based in Tewkesbury is currently recruiting a Finance Manager to join their team.
This is a newly created role working for a growing owner-managed business and is an excellent opportunity for anyone who enjoys operating within an SME environment.
Duties will include:
- Month end analysis and reporting
- Managing a small finance team
- Implementing process improvements within the team
- Assist the MD with strategic decisions based on financial performance
- Budget and cashflow analysis
- Balance sheet reconciliations
The successful candidate will have held a similar senior level role previously. Sage experience preferable, strong analytical skills essential.
