Groundworks Supervisor
We are looking for an immediate start for a Groundworks Supervisor to help supervise a team of groundworkers with ducting & drainage for a 4-5 month project near Cheltenham to start ASAP.
Rate: £280-£300 a day
Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Hours: 7.00am - 5.00pm
Duration: 4-5 months
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of groundworks operatives
- Set out and ensure levels are accurate
- Ducting & drainage
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and meets high-quality standards
- Collaborate closely with the project manager
- Actively participate in the work, providing hands-on support
Requirements:
- Minimum SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
- Extensive experience in all aspects of groundworks
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
